Hi - yes Microsoft support managed to resolve the issue. It was to do with the upgrade between two versions of CRM Online. If you went from 7.0.xxx to 7.1.xxx but skipped a few builds in between then this causes the issue. Microsoft Support basically had to manually apply some patches and then push me to the last version. This resolved the issue for me. I suggest raising a support call with Microsoft. Hope this helps!
