Hi Chapelain, i waited since 6 years to get such basic functionality from ms otb, but till now.. Never got this. I even found no 3rd party programming doing a similar thing. MS is to busy implementing other things like marketing and social integration ( of course for extra payment) instead of doing their basic work, like start bringing a real good solution otb for things like... a good email editor with wysiwyg, pictures... email templates for custom entities (yes this really very strongly needed func isn't possible yet) Etc. If i have seen right, if you are really lucky, you could have the chance to get your wished func with crm2016. there, one of the most wanted bad things of the last years could be solved by ms (many to late, how i find) ... The word integrating was done new. I think there is the functionality to integrate related data (subgrid) now. and if i remember right, you can then sent the completed word letter by mail. I haven't tested it, but i think this could be your great chance to get this working right now. Greets peb
