Hi, We have recently migrated Resolved cases from CRM 2015 on premise to CRM 2015 online . While migrating Resolved cases we used workflow to resolve the case, Since import wizard doesn't change the case status records. When we are opening those case we are getting error "This case has already been resolved. Close and reopen the case record to see the updates." We did some R&D and found that it is because of the Phone to case BPF which is causing this issue. When we deactivate the BPF, We are not getting any error. We can't deactivate the BPF as it is one of the client requirement. Has anyone faced the same issue ? Any help will be very much appreciated.
