I want to do following case (logic not smart, but let's try to help) Click track button in Outlook on email - works Get email in account social pane(feed) automaticaly- works Somehow copy email(or make it appear) in opportunity (all child opportunities) social pane(feed) - need idea how to do this I thought about creation of additional field opp_id in email entity and relation between email and opportunity. Then real time process which update opp_id field in email every time when have new email in crm. What do you think? Will it works? The most important - to see this email from account in opportunity social pane - in other word make to simillar feeds with history in account and opportunity The same case then do with note Thx a lot!
