Forum Post: CRM 2013 and Outlook issue

I have CRM 2013 onsite and Office 365 online. On my computer I have the CRM for Outlook successfully installed. I have been unable to install this add-in on anybody else's computer. After a successful install the Outlook program repeatedly crashes until I uninstall the add-in. I installed my profile on a different computer and the add-in works, but when I install a co-workers profile on the very same computer her CRM add-in will crash Outlook even with her set up as an administrator. I then installed my profile on her computer and my Outlook properly works with CRM while hers will not. Sounds like a rights issue somewhere but I am not sure where. I set our User Roles in CRM to be the same but that did not work. Any ideas?
