Hi, You can do this but it'll have to use custom code. You couldn't do this in a workflow because you can't query for related records. You'd want to put a custom plugin on your custom services entity - when the schedule is set on it then you want to query for other services on the same case and if all of them are scheduled then the code will update the case. The only caveat with this is that you need all your services set before you schedule the first one - otherwise if you add the first one and mark it scheduled then there won't be any unschedules ones and your case will be updated.
