Hello, I have recently joined a team that is using Dynamics CRM 2013 as the backend for a tool that is currently used by our employees at client sites. Clients have expressed an interest this tool being exposed as a product that they could now use. So, as a result, we want to productize this tool. However, the way our tool currently works it would require that each client that wants to login to use our product to have an account in AD. I don't really see this as a sustainable solution and would like to open our product to federated identity providers such as google. So, this brings me to a couple of newbie questions. I see that we are using ADFS in our current set-up and ADFS supports federated providers (as I understand it). However, I am having a hard time figuring-out how to set this up and integrate it with Dynamics. Are there any tutorials or guidance that I am not finding in my searching? As I'm new to dynamics I'm sure I am not familiar with the correct keywords. OR, maybe this is just not possible? By the way, we are handling all licensing requirements for such an offering so that is not a concern.
