Microsoft makes a new feature available as a preview feature. With Voice of the Customer surveys, you can create and send out surveys to get feedback from your customers about your products or services. Customers can take the surveys on a phone, tablet, or computer. You can see your customer’s feedback history as you work a sale or resolve a service case. “The Problem” What do your customers think about the products and/or services you sell? Are they satisfied with them? There are several ways to get the answers to some of these questions from a phone conversation, an occasional email, or speaking to a customer in person. I’m afraid you’re only get feedback from the most “vocal” customers. To get quickly feedback from your customers is to ask an online survey. I collapsed some reasons for conducting an online survey: An online survey can help you to:enhance profits by learning what DOES and DOESN’T WORK. Shows customers that your company listens and is wanted to improving its products and services. Improves satisfactions overall. Your customers can openly share their opinions about your products and services without feeling “limited” by a sales representative’s questions over the phone. Allows businesses to compare the results of each survey with previous surveys, and compare them to what their competitors are doing. Increases employee performance. Additional rewards or bonuses can be given to sales representatives based on the margin of satisfied customers. Microsoft’s answer Microsoft announced and made available a preview feature of Voice of Customer survey. With this feature you can create and send out surveys to get feedback. You can analyze your customer feedbacks to identify gaps in service, run targeted marketing campaigns, and send offers to increase sales. IMPORTANT!!! A preview feature is a feature that is not complete, but is made available before it’s officially in a release so customers can get early access and provide feedback.
