Hi, you could try creating a workflow for entity phone call, which triggers on create. Then add a check condition if status equals "completed" Then add step to change status to the status you want. Then the phone call should be in the status you need. And in case of update phone call the workflow wouldn't be triggered, so lateron the phone call could be marked complete. You could also add more criteria to the check condition, if there should be cases in which the phone call should be already completed on creation.
