Let me try to answer your questions: 1) The scheduling engine takes into account driving times and locations. So if your field service engineer work hours is setup to begin at 09:30am and end at 06:00pm it won´t be possible to drive to the work order location, fulfill the job and return to end-location. 2) because of what I said Driving Time + Duration WO + Returning Time != overall available time 3) One way could be to either work with follow-ups and schedule the work order as a bundle of work orders having different Service Tasks to be worked on. But there´re multiple other ways to solve such scenario. 4) You would need to setup a crew containing 2 FSE and 2 equipments and then setup a work order to be done by a crew. The crew will be scheduled then and the work order being splitted into multiple work order schedules.
