Same is happening for me as well with identical symptoms. Installed solution which is visible from Settings and is marked as installed. When inputting credentials it throws back either "wrong credentials" or "authorization failed" error. I had already made the general assumption to attempt changing the password and clearing cache, outside of this, I am unsure what the next action item would be.
