Hi Anit, Your SOAP request is looks like it's all correct (I compared it to mileyja.blogspot.com/.../crm-2011-retrievemultiple-calls-in.html but didn't run it myself). I'm pretty sure you're getting that error because you're dynamically setting the last name in your query, but you're setting it to an empty or null value. The result is a condition like this " ", which produces the error. To test this, hardcode some test value for your condition and run it. If it runs successfully, that confirms the bug lies outside your query and you should look at what the parameter is before you run the query.
