Hi, I have tried doing that earlier but unfortunately it did not work. I also tried the below steps: 1. Click the following link: https://portal.office.com/commerce/createtenantprofile.aspx 2. Log in with User ID admin@********.onmicrosoft.com ; 3. Complete company profile and submit; 4. Click your admin/user profile on upper right corner of the admin portal; 5. Click “view account” -> “personal info” and complete the personal profile; 6. Return to the dashboard of your admin center by clicking “Admin” at the home page (or click “admin” on the upper left corner of the page) 7. In the dashboard of the admin center (left hand side), click “Purchase services” and find CRM trial to add it into your account.
