Hi, I am doing an upgrade from 2011 to 2016 for a client. As such, their Account and Contact forms were merged - so now there is an Account 2016 form (Form Type 'Main') and a Contact 2016 form (Form Type 'Main') on both entities. Insights is enabled in the system and working fine for Leads. But for Account and Contact, it does not show up. The web resource is added to each form but it does not show up on Publish. See screenshot. Am I missing something? It looks like it is pointed to the old 'Main' forms. What is my next step here to get this enabled for other forms?
