Forum Post: Email router configuration - incoming mails not coming in CRM

Hi all I've configured the email router to work with POP3/SMTP and CRM Online 2016. Outgoing mails are working fine, except incoming is not. Looking in the logs it seems that it has a problem reading the messages. For all the messages in my mailbox it says this: Validating the email message with subject "" from to for Mind that does not seem to be able to retrieve the information from the POP3 server. Could this be a problem with my mail provider or a setting in the email router? Thanks for your help
