Forum Post: CRM 2015 - email router issue for outgoing email

Hello, We are having issues in production using email router (CRM 2015 on premise). Sometimes the outgoing email failed, I mean, it is dispatched through CRM (the status is sent) but it is not received and dispatched for email router. That usually happens when we send with crmadmin user in behalf of. Any suggestions? Regards, BC Admin.
