Hi Anish, You do not clear your requirement, it is not easy for consulting & checking. But As I understanding this like that. 1. You have ERP system & CRM system 2. Your report need to create in CRM and get data from your system to generate report, right? I believe that you should ask yourself what data you need to get from your system? and how? You confirmed many times that ERP system has been developed by your company. And i am sure that you can control all code, all technologies. If I am right, please check following suggestion. 1. How can you put your data to CRM from your ERP system? You can create any WCF service to sync data from ERP to your CRM by WCF, in the case, you are using CRM Online, you have to create & public it on Azure service or you can create your own service at your server and schedule to sync data. 2. You just use SSRS report to create after sync all data between ERP & CRM. CRM Online you can use Currently, you confirm that ERP & CRM integration are under construction.
