Hi Pham 2. No, other users can send email from sales and support email addresses. There may be more than one sales person using those addresses. You mean if the sales manager has his own CRM account, say manager@acme.com, he can send an email from sales@acme.com or support@acme.com from inside CRM using custom rule? How do we write that rule? 3. For this point, do you mean server side syncing? Linking his CRM account to his exchange email account with the same name? Is "enable tracking email" the same as server side syncing or something different?
