Hello, We've recently upgraded a customer from CRM 2011 to CRM 2015 on-prem, but we have small issue with the CRM Outlook client. Some of the employees must track e-mails and calendar items from other mailboxes, so we set up delegate access and the proper permission to get this to work. Initially it was looking positive as people were able to track items from other mailboxes, but once we gave more people access we saw that only 50% of the people were actually able to track items from our target mailbox, while others got the well know error " Only items in the default Microsoft Outlook store can be promoted to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Item Name= " At this moments it beats me why this error shows up for certain users while others can just track fine. We've ensured that the following settings were properly set for all users: - Got editor delegate access on the target mailbox - Got full mailbox/inbox/folder privileges on the target mailbox - Both users have sufficient CRM privileges - Both users are using Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode - Both users are able to track their own e-mails and calendar items Anyone knows a solution for this problem, or perhaps a setting that we should check? Thanks!
