Hello, We recently upgraded to CRM 2016. When I look in the settings section under post configurations only case, knowledgearticle and user have entries. When I change the view to 'Inactive post configurations' the list is empty. How do I enable posts for an entity that is not in any list? Also the 'new' button is not present... Kind regards, J.
