I use Office 365 with includes CRM 2015 Online. I was able to integrate SharePoint, but I can't figure out how to customize the auto-entity-library creation. For example, my Document Site is: https://[domain].sharepoint.com/crm I created a Document Library there called "Documents" with a link as follows: https://[domain].sharepoint.com/crm/Documents What I'm trying to do is set CRM's auto-entity-library creation to create libraries and folders under the Documents folder. An example structure would look like this: https://[domain].sharepoint.com/crm/Documents/Accounts https://[domain].sharepoint.com/crm/Documents/Leads Instead, it keeps telling me that my relative URL for "Documents" is invalid. The only structure I can get to auto-create look like this: https://[domain].sharepoint.com/crm/Accounts https://[domain].sharepoint.com/crm /Leads Note the absence of the "Documents" root folder. The purpose of me wanting this is two-fold: 1. So I can assign one set of permissions to the Documents folder that cascades to all of the remaining subfolders. 2. In the event of mass-editing, which I often do, I sync with Windows explorer. I would rather sync one Documents folder with all of its subfolders than multiple root folders. Does anyone know how to accomplish this properly?
