Hi Alex. Glad that worked for you! So, to do the mapping I can't see on your screenshot where your custom field was listed, but you should see that field on the left and then on the right the drop down box will have a listing of all your CRM Account fields to choose from. You need to know the name of your CRM field to choose the right one. In my example here I have a custom field I used the UDF 5 and then to the right my CRM field name is customertypecode. After I select that, I click on the icon to the right which opens my option list. The option name is to the left and then on the right "Map to Value" is where you put the value assigned to that option from your CRM option set configuration. If you don't have your new UDF field showing in your Company mapping list, I'm not sure why so you might have to seek MSFT support for that.
