Hi Wayne, Thanks for the details. It sounds like you may not have restored the backup correctly. When I need to restore a CRM org, I open deployment manager, disable and delete the organization, overwrite it in SQL and then re-import the org in the deployment manager. I'd start that process over again, but if the deployment manager won't open for you, first check to make sure the Microsoft and SQL services are started, and then see if the server name is correct and fix it following these instructions: social.microsoft.com/.../asynchronous-service-not-running-event-microsoftcrmcrmconfigobjectnotfoundexception-server-id Hope this helps!
