Hi Mariano, I think the first steps would be getting familiar with how CRM works and what it's capable of out of box. There are a ton of great, free tutorials for CRM, this is a very good youtube series with lots of info: www.youtube.com/playlist When you get a better feel for what CRM can do on its own, you can explore customizing with new customizations, workflows and business process rules.
