Hi there, I've got quick question. I know it doesn't have a specific definite answer, but i just want to gather thoughts and ideas. Were currently using Dynamics CRM for various purposes, including a custom Module with custom entities. We are selling services, and we need to have a month-to-month reoccurring billing (including automatically process of credit cards, reports and email on declined charges and so on). The customers and products are currently all within Dynamics CRM. I know this type of billing isnt an out-of-the-box Dynamics CRM feature. My question is, should we invest in designing a custom billing module for Dynamics CRM, go 3rd party (or perhaps NAV/ERP) and intergrade with Dynamics CRM, or find a ready build solution in the marketplace.
