Hi Juan, Dynamics CRM uses notes to attach documents - so you cannot attach with them unless you are using the SharePoint integration. Hope this helps

you can check whether emailable entity record (user,contact,lead..etc ) has value in email field or not. If it does not have email don't add it to from or recipient field in the email.
