I got confirmed from Microsoft that ALL api calls are counted towards the limit... That includes calls made by default workflows, Plugins, Flows, ClickDimensions, Scribe etc. Any update, create, retrieve, delete etc....

Hi partner, We need to add the View Columns in the entity's Quick Find View. 1) Go to Settings > Customziations > Customize the System, open the entity, then open the Quick Find View. 2) Click 'Add View Columns ', check the fields which need to display in the result of Relevance Search. Save and publish all the Customziations.

I am experiencing this with my admin account. It worked fine last week, and nothing has changed as far as I know. I can see the dash fine upon log in, but cannot navigate to it from any other page within CRM. The Admin does have permission to view all dashboards.

Is you facing any challenges.? You can get all 3 value from that input through id and add it and aggegrate and put into that variable n that varaible is used in our td tag .

Hi, I have a requirement to update data around 1 lakh++ records create log of the data in new Entity with old and new values same as audit history so my main question is When we create data through 100 requests of BULK create will the Async Plugin registered on the entity will run as here it might be triggered thousands of times at the same time Note :Console App not required as i want it everything in Solution

Hello there, Currently I'm having a similar issue, if I use the Quick Campaign to send an email to a Marketing List with 100 Accounts works fine but if the Marketing List have more than 100 Accounts is randomly sending duplicates emails for some of that Accounts. Do you know what can be the issue? Thank you for your time.

Hello, I have a queue set up and within that queue I have an automatic record creation rule which basically converts emails that come into the queue into cases. The customer then gets an auto response back with a case number. I thought that if the customer replies to that auto response number it would add the email as a post on the case however, instead it creates a separate case. Is there anyway to make it so that if the customer replies with the same case reference number in the subject it would add it to the existing case rather than create a new case? Many thanks for your help in advance.
