Thx for your question, I expected this - and my answer is simple: 1. If somebody forgot to use "set regarding" then we ll have gap in communication in opportunity social pane 2.If we enable "track emails from contacts" option then emails from clients automaticaly go to account social pane - this is very cool, but we ll not see then on opportunity entity I understand that it is different from classic crm logic. But our goal to achive this idea- get full client's communication history from any entity. This means that i want to receive emails that are tracking automaticly and each manager can see same history in account and opportunities- opposite logic than now in dynamics crm (all activities from opp going to account).
