Hi there, You should look into Connections. Connections allows you to create N:N associations between entities with the added benefit of providing context for the connection. In your example, you could create a connection between the Contact and various Accounts. For each connection from the Contact to an Account, you could indicate the role that the Contact fulfils for that particular connection. E.g.: Connection 1 Contact : John Connected to Account : ABC Company - County 1 Role : CCTV Manager Connection 2 Contact : John Connected to Account : ABC Company - County 2 Role : CCTV Operator Etc..
