I've fixed this myself, after a fashion. It is to do with the fact i'm connecting from a VPN, i believe. I've used the configuration wizard to delete the original syncronizing organisation and re-added it using my VPN connection and i'm now able to access my Outlook. What i now need to know is how, when i'm switching from a local area (wired) connection to remote VPN connection (which i will do very frequently as i often work out of the office), do i continue to access CRM for outlook without having to go through the process of deleting the syncronzing organisation and re-adding all the time.
